If you suddenly find yourself without water or with a significant decrease in pressure, please use the following suggestions to help determine what the problem may be:

• Check with others in your area. Find out if they are experiencing the same problem.
• If others are experiencing the same problem, contact our office to report the outage or reduction in pressure at 256-734-2900.  If your outage is after our normal office hours please leave a message for our answering service with your name, full address and a contact phone number. The more accurate the information we have, the quicker we can address the problem and restore your water service.
• If no one else is having a problem, go out to your water meter to see if anything on the meter is moving. If the needle or small triangle is moving this indicates a leak on your line. You will need to repair the line or contact a plumber.
